Reforesting Volunteer Day

Our Taylor Park, as we knew it, was forever changed on September 7th, 2020, when the Beachie Creek Wildfire rushed through the campground. This wildfire devastated the area and effected us in a tremendous way. We have lost 85% of our beloved trees, some of which were hundreds of years old. We are feverishly trying to remove the timber that must be taken out to replant and allow Taylor Park to regrow. When that time comes, we will be in desperate need of volunteers to help us replant, especially those with expertise (arborists, etc.) When we have a more solidified date, we will update this website with more information. Thank you to all of our members who have already volunteered their help. We are humbled.
